the City Wok Dilema (Spoilers)
So I beat the game, still can't come up with the 5 grand to buy the City Assassins Contract, is there something I'm missing? I have got the top .01 percent in the bank, took out a loan for butters but I can't do it for myself.... Anyone have a raging clue?

This is a designer joke, however, if you ever buy that contract the ninjas will disappear from the map , so it actually works but you have to GRIND it :)
