Need help, game bugged!

I'm towards the start of the game about 3-4 hours in and the quest where you need to acivate the main street fast travel seems bugged. I have done the other quests with the priest, choosing gender and raisin girls. I have no main quest and it won't appear so I think it's this Jimmy quest that is bugged, I have found all the other available fast travels but the quest won't finish. Please help I really don't want to restart maybe I'm missing something.

Try to load a previous save, try to unlock another fast travel around the map, try talking to jimmy again. These should hopefully help

Thanks for replying unfortunately I only have one save well ahead of where I assume it glitched, I have every availble fast travel station up to this point activated unfortunately. I have also tried talking to Jimmy in the ♥♥♥♥♥ base just says "we need to get that fast travel station up and running". Just my luck to run into a game breaking bug thanks devs great game.

I have de same ***** problem right now. At the first time, I did the quest but the chaos team defeated me and when I used the checkpoint, it doesn't work again. Nothing happen with the **** quest ...

This still hasn't been fixed! Is the only solution to start over?

Unfortunately I remember trying loads of things and couldn't find an answer pretty sure its game breaking and you have to start over, or preferably from an earlier save.
