Gold edition and season pass are confusing

i was happy to see that the fractured but whole droped in price to something i'm willing to pay, but the store page is confusing, to say the least. i'm only interested in a bundle that includes ALL the content for this game (existing, and future). i already own stick of truth, so the bundle that includes stick of truth and fractured but whole is useless to me. thank you south park for making me feel like an old man complaining about how things used to be, but in my day, when you bought a game, you only had to buy it once. you didn't buy 75% of the game, then buy 2-5% more of the game every month. when i buy a game, i just want to buy 100% of the game. why is it so hard to offer the full game for sale? i understand that dlc comes out sometime after the initial release, but geeze, cant you just sell me the full game, and have the new stuff unlock as it comes out without having to be held upside down and the money shaken out of my pockets? if i wait another year, the game is going to be bundled with all dlc for 10 bucks. cant we just skipp ahead to that part?
