I know that you have to dress in a mariachi costume to befriend a couple of the mariachi players and one befriends you regardless but I can't figure out how to get the 3rd one to befriend me does anyone know how to befriend him

I don't remember which is which, but for one, you need the Mariachi Hat AND Mariachi Outfit, for another you need to wear a Mariachi mustache, and for the third (the one without a hat) you need long black hair - the line mentions the particular singer is proud of his long black locks. I think the fourth selfies you anyway.

i have both the mariachi hut and outfit and he still don't wont to take a selfie. and what long hair do ineed for the final one? i manged to get the hat one and the mustache one.

left to right:
black hair (perosnally I used fro mullet, not sure if hairstyle matters), mariachi suit, mariachi moustache, mariachi sombrero
the suit: area behind cliff, where you drag an oil drum behind leaking water
The moustache: behind and to the right of the players
sombrero: next to the jail photo booth
