uninstall Towelie?

In my infinite wisdom, I purchased the gold edition of the game. I didn't own Stick of Truth yet, and figured for the two games, and the DLC, it wasn't a horrible price.
I *don't* like the paper-clip style helper that is Towelie, though. watched a few vids on the matter and I was less than impressed.

How do I get rid of Towelie?

I ve heard that you need to.... wait for patch.
You can try to reinstall game and not download him.

I ve got funny story with this DLC. I had preordered game from Amazonand there was some problem with code.
During my phonecall, guy from support said that they will try to give me a code in 3 days (was next day), but he recommended me... to NOT INSTALL him. A lot of people say that he is annoying and they will release patch when they will get rid of the most of bugs in game.

Towelie really doesn't show up that much in the game.
Maybe 10 times or so?
And the frequency lessens as you progress further in.
And his tips only last a few seconds.

I don't like him. I don't want him as my gaming buddy. I don't want to bring a towel.

I don't have the game, but with other games I do have, there is a place in the games Library page that lists the DLC. If you undo the check mark. The DLC will not load the next time you play.

yeah.... tried that. doesnt work with this one.
