use f key fart to scare him then press T to acess the time pause, if you havent got the power yet, do the Classi mission : )

Enter the room -> time pause -> walk to Stripe and pick him up

You gotta unlock time pause first.

When you get to MFC with Cartman, Morgan Freeman gives you the recipe.

You'll need to proceed with the main story quest with Classi and get the recipe for the special burrito from Morgan Freeman, collect the ingredients, craft it, then go back to the chicken place with the burrito in your inventory.
