Economic Level Bug

I've reached the top .01% in the wheel of economic game, but my economic level it's self hasn't changed, every time I come back to the wheel my economic level lowers. I've unlocked the achievement for reaching the top level, but it didn't change on my character sheet even though in the achievement it states it did lol.

If you start the minigame and quit out it lowers one level. The only way to not lose a level is to quit right after reaching the treshold.
