thats the problem, most keyboard only allow about 3 button inputs at the same time, to avoid that u need mechanical or mechanical like keyboards, also "normal" keyboard use a matrix(going from left to right and top to bottom) to recognize which button is pressed, so if u press&hold s + e and then u need to press d, the d won't get recognized on "normal" keyboards, because from left side it is blocked by s and from top it is blocked by e (its in a blind spot)
regarding toilets minigame, if u have to press/hold F & V u'll get troubles, changing the buttons to keys in 1 line/row solves at least this kind of problem, but if your keyboard has a limit of for example 3 keys at the same time then u'll have problems on some setups of the minigame, then u need to just fail it and retry, hoping for a better setup.
overall it's not the games fault, but definately a design flaw
