Kyle's House (SPOILERS!?!?!?!)
After doing the second mission of Kyle's cousin, I seem to be stuck in the house. Did I do something wrong? I already got the kite.

haven't found a solution yet other then starting over from the beginging.

alright. man I feel stupid but I swear the game was bugged. I have fixed my save.

I reloaded the game and it still said the door was locked with no objective, but i talked to kyles cousin and everything wigged out on me and then the game progressed. hopefully this helps if you get stuck here.

Turns out, had to wait til Sheila finished talking to Kyle's Cousin, then talk to her.
