Buy ANY other item with upoints and it should fix it.
In Stick of truth, they became availible after a certain point in the story.
Not sure about this though.
I bought mine after starting the game.
If restarting didn't fix it, and you already bought every reward before starting, you likely will have to contact ubisoft support.

Had to restart ubisoft connect and the game 5 times and it finally allowed me to select it.
For information, I had access to all of it already, it was a damn late save I recently started to play again. Already had the items equiped multiple times on it. Weird bug reminding me how I hate Ubisoft connect on top of Steam DRM.
Just too bad I still get rewards issues with The Forgotten Sands. You keep changing massivly that client stuff that all your games break so many times and rewards are constantly bugged. Wish you could use Steam only instead of this redundant Ubisoft Connect on top of it.

Yeah also contacted support. They been telling they work on it since forever rather than admitting it's broken and doesn't want to fix it.
I hate Ubisoft connect, I keep getting issues each time sits being updated, even more recent games like far cry 5 wasnt working for the free weekend directly on Ubisoft connect and the " fix" of their own client was to use epic game store to try it lol.
Steam allowing all of this already, not sure why double DRM and ubi connect should be needed.

I've been able to locate the issue and can confirm that as the content is tied to the titles online functions, which have since been discontinued, that the rewards will remain unobtainable.
