Now, to the topic at hand, you're using an Intel processor that has 8 (logical) cores that runs @ 2.7 GHz min and 3.6 max and a GPU GDRR5 of 4GB.
That's weird... I'm using a PC but my processor is a quad-core AMD APU A8 with 3.5Ghz each, and a Radeon HD 7700 (2 GB). Yet, I'm running at highest quality and have 90-140 FPS.
I have 16 GB RAM DDR3 also

I discovered the laptop was running the game using the Intel graphics card rather than the 980M. Now it runs like a wet dream.
