Use a controller. The pooping mini-game is ♥♥♥♥ with a keyboard. Well, it's somewhat easier with a very sensitive mechanical keyboard but a controller is still so much easier. Couldn't even clear a 2 star toilet, switched to controller, now I'm easily getting the 4 star ones.

Oh... I'm not talking about the dificulty... I think it's a bug.
In the first pooping game it's telling me to press Y but when I press it the game doesn't star. And I did It well- :/

Are you making sure to keep holding the direction inputs when you press Y? You can't let go, you have to be holding all 3 inputs to start.

I am. I tried taking medication but I only let out just a few ounces every few hours. It sucks because I know I’m going to let out a huge turd soon but my body refuses to let it go...

I have the same bug. It just doesnt do anything while trying to pres Y.
Also i dont own a controller so tb for me eh?

I found it became much easier when I slowed down a bit and stopped trying to mash the buttons as fast as humanly possible.

I it worked for me when I started mashing the down arrow and s and y at the same time to start it for some reason. after completing it responded if this buggy ass minigame is a big feature I'm going to be pissed

Simply put the bug is that the game doensn't allow Y key to be pressed at the same time with the two other keys. in the first toilet seat S and down.

The poop mini game has to be one of the stupidest things I've seen in a game, and I'm a fan of South Park and Stick of Truth. It's not funny. It's not fun. It's just stupid as hell.
