Summon Items (macaroni, cheesing vials)

Been trying to find a list of where they are all located, have come up blank. Am amidst a new playthrough and am tracking/logging them. Here's what I have so far, for us completionists:


Macaroni: (9 total drops + 1 item given for completing Father Maxi's Mission) = 10 Summons

1. New Kid's Kitchen
2. Jimmy's Kitchen
3. Nichole's Kitchen (I think - didn't notice I picked it up)
4. Alleyway to Raisins
5. Storage Room at Peppermint Hippo (behind stripper dressing room)

6. Still working on the rest.

Cheesing Vials:

1. Gerald's Room (Kyle's House)
2. Women's Restroom @ Police Station
3. Alleyway to Raisins
4. NW side of Stark's Pond
5. Car in front of Kenny's House/SoDoSoPa

6. Stil working.

As of this posting, I'm still on Day 2, prior to unlocking the third class option, so I'm about halfway through the story. If anyone has any other locations, feel free to let me know.
