How to change day to night?

I beat the game, and I already got the power where you can change the time, however it tells me I need to find a working fan. Is there anyway to change the time of day or was this ability only part of the story?

I believe this was part of the story. IIRC, the only two working fans are at Mephesto's lab, and you break it by doing this.

There's a fan in Kyle's attic, but I haven't tested it with the time fart and read someone else say the fan doesn't seem to do anything (yet). It could be intended to be used in some DLC later or was forgotten about in development if that's the case.

The nighttime playtime we get is incredibly scripted though, it's possible the game isn't set up for free roaming during the night.

The fart that controls time should be useful if miss certain items, should list as "Mission Item" instead.

the fan in Kyle's attic is useless with this .. i think it was just a times power, maybe they are planning more

I tried the fan in school, where you change your gender. It doesn't work. I think there is the same problem when you try to get in Canada and the giant wall stops you. Where also man tells you that they might make some kind of DLC... I hope thats true

You realize this was posted in 2017, this game as far as Ubisoft is concerned is done and done, no new DLC will come to it.
