Report a translation problem
Does the problem occur as you run around the map, when the opponents are dead? Does it ALWAYS appear or only when you run through a gun to raise (when the weapon lifting icon appears)?
It's easy to check it this way:
you start, for example, in New Bethlehem, kill everyone, pick up and fire all weapons and then run
Hi Greg!
I have followed your suggestion to run New Bethlehem to test the stutters.
From what I can tell, the stutters occur regardless of being armed with sidearms or not.
In fact, I realised the stutters only start when enemies are killed. Like you said in your first sentence, the problem only seems to occur when I run around the map, with dead opponents on the ground.
Thanks for your attention!
Hi Greg, you're absolutely right. The stutters stop when there are no available weapons on the ground, regardless of the presence of corpses!
I did not find any fixes unfortunately. I only submitted my bug report and some data files to the dev team.
I’ve kinda been waiting for a fix for the issue, but it doesn’t seem like an exceptionally common occurrence, so I’m not sure how long it’ll take
If so - I know it may sound a little weird - but still, just for the test reasons, please Close razer Synapse and all Razer applications, then run Task Manager and kill EVERY Razer app running in background (gamemanager, synapse, chroma, etc - there can be like 7 of them - most have green Razer icon, some have color CHROMA icon).
After that, run the game - I know that any special effect, macros, custom mouse settings etc. won't work, but check if the Stuttering issue persists. If not, then you encounter the very same issue I did.
You will get all Razer features back after restarting computer (but God's Trigger will stutter again).
I do and I do; so I tried your advice, and it worked! The difference is night and day. The game runs like butter. I can actually teleport and dash now with no stuttering! Honestly, I don't know how I managed to put in 9 hours without this fix. Completely different game.
I'm not OP, but thanks a ton for the advice!
Hey, make sure to try Azzrael's solution. Hopefully it fixes things for you as well!
1. Open game folder (e.g. with Browse local files... button in Steam)
2. Navigate to:
"\GodsTrigger_Data\StreamingAssets\"
3. Delete all .chroma files (77 to be exact; you will have to leave only 1 file: SaveIcon.png)
