How can I unlock the last 6 helmets?

I'm max. level and completed all singleplayer maps and bosses but the last helmets are still locked. haaalp.

You'll get a gear pack with items each time you rank up. To collect them all (not only helmets) you will need to get a highest rank - so you'll need to win all ranked races 3 times (that will give you 3 "ranked stars" per level).

For the first gear pack you'll just need to win any 3 races.

basically you have to complete the game to unlock all ranked levels. then, you have to win 3 times in a ranked game. when you win every level 3 times, you will have maximum rank and all the remaining unlocks with it (tricks, helmets)
