Have you tried to restart the game after receiving this error message? Still, we added something on the recent update that will skip the error part and report if this error ever occurred again.

The Game doesnt Start at all. I Downloaded it yesterday. But it doesn't want to Start. I Start the .exe and i immediately get the error message i postet above. I tried re-validate the files through steam but it didn't had any effect.

If you still get an error, I am certain it will be different than the one you posted above. Would you mind posting the new one? Thank you.
If the error is exactly the same, I am not sure whether you have updated the game to the latest version.
