Car veering left and right at high speed

I upgraded the engine significantly and now whenever it exceeds 50mph, it begins veering left and right. What can I do to combat this issue?

Is your driver positioned on one side of the vehicle or some other object that could be influencing weight distribution? If so try balancing the car out.

Your suspension can also be an influence, what sort of setup do you have there?

Everything is centered. The suspension is simple, with one frame beam from a center front/rear point to the wheel, with a single shock attached to the end of the beam, going vertically up to an angle locked frame piece.

Ok possibly the setup is a little too simple allowing for the beam to rock forwards/rearward and make the car wobble once you pick up speed. Now if it's just a slow veer to the left or right some compensation could be made by stiffening the suspension. Another option is to add another beam from the frame to the wheel that would create a triangular shape thereby adding strength to the existing beam between the frame and wheel.

To be honest I tend to make live axle cars rather than IFS suspension set ups so I'm guessing a little. How heavy is your build?

I've since fixed the problem. It was a combination of poor tire grip and a bad spoiler design.
