This is correct. I did not see the 2 engines to one wheel part.

Engine power stacks. Just connect a single engine to all wheels, and then add more engines if you want more power. The power will be equally distributed between the transmissions, and the power of each engine will stack.

It's a good way to simulate a flat engine (for a lower center of gravity), there's a ferrari 312 f1 car in the workshop that uses two engines in that way.
