We get multiple questions about what’s going on with The Karters’ development so let us address the most concerning issues.

1. Is there a new version of the game being created?

Yes! Since the rushed and unlucky initial launch on Steam in 2018, we’ve been constantly putting a lot of effort into building the game that had been promised to our community. The Karters have been basically reworked from the ground up for 4 years and we decided to release the new version as The Karters 2: Turbo Charged you can wishlist on Steam.

Importantly, the concepts and vision standing behind the new version have not been lost but rather improved upon so you can expect a well-polished, ultimately functional, visually pleasing and super fun kart racing game we’ve always been aiming to create!

2. What if I already have an old (2018) version of the game?

Please don't worry, though - as promised, all players who purchased the game before January 4th, 2023 will receive The Karters 2: Turbo Charged for free.
Wishlist the new version to stay up to date and get a notification because at the beginning of 2023 we will start Beta Tests that you can sign up to!
