Does the ball go through under low speeds, high speeds? Do you experience any frame jitter at that time? Can you try to take a video recording of the ball going through the paddle?
We will look and see could be causing it. So far, I have tried everything, and can't get the ball to go through my paddle unless I swing like a racquetball stroke - something I'd never ever do in pong.
Even if the paddle moves from one side of the ball to the other- if you can draw a straight line through the paddle using the relative ball positions, and there was no collision, then it's a problem.
bigtroy .. sorry if anything I said came off as smug. I just spent half a week chasing down the cause of 2 big bugs that many were having. One of them was the ball-through-paddle issue. I thought I had fixed it, as many who have complained said they don't see it happening again. So any negative attitude you may have felt was purely my frustration at not solving the problem sufficiently.
As deed mentioned, I and my team are super invested in making every user satisfied with the game. So if you bare with me and help me help you, we'll both be helping everyone :)
you chill dude nobody was talking to you so stop kissing ass!
