Occasional glitches

I've been enjoying the game for a long time now , in the last couple of days weird glitches started to appear every few minutes, when it glitch, it seems that game is moving to steam home grid for a few milliseconds and then get back to normal, I tried tweaking with the game settings and also steam VR settings (disabling motion smoothing, etc) but nothing help, any idea?
