As for the default, what may be a "dangerous" setting for your environment is not for others. For many of us the default is perfect.
Sorry man, but that's stupid. The security mechanism to stop you from hitting your wall is Guardian / Chaperone and nothing else. If a game tells you to pick up a gun to your right and you realize that its outside your play area you are still supposed to stop. Having the table in this game outside your play area is not a dangerous setting.
I don't know if having the tablet outside your play area by default (wasn't for me, just placed in a way that would prompt Guardian to get activated too often when I play) is a limitation, an overside or a design decision it could certainly be seen as the latter because it forces you to setup up the table properly, making sure you have an optimal experience.
I agree this is a nonsensical response. It sounds like you've either moved the table accidentally with the controllers to a place it outside the safe area (easily corrected as you can put the table anywhere) or you guardian boundaries are wonky. If you are the only person to experience this, don't you think it may be an error with you and not the game. Leaving a negative review over something like this is a poor show. Having a developer in here resppnding quickly to questions is an example of great customer support.
