Is this game working well on Windows 10 ? I am just thinking of buying it .....

It works on windows 10 with steam but don't change video resolution in settings unless you choose compatibilty mode windows 7 in dmcr properties

I'm running Windows 10 and I have had no problems other than the game being more difficult than I remember :P
It runs really great!

Well .... I have the problem on 1920x1080 resolution, game is flickering .... cant run it with integrated graphics because I have Radeon graphic card. Any suggestions ?

and @Pierrou13 I have chosen compatibility mode with windows 7 in dmcr.exe and its still flickering ...

First it runs without any probs on Win10, 64bit, but after i have hosted some Multiplayer-Games it crashes, when i will start a Random Map with this Message:"DMCR does not work anymore."

Hi all! Sorry for my English.

Had the same problem. The game crash after changing any settings. Windows 10 x64

Problem was fixed by using compatibility with Windows XP sp3:
Find the installation folder of the game: (...Steam\steamapps\common\Cossacks European Wars\dmcr.exe).
Right click on the dmcr.exe(~2 mb)\Compatibility\Run this program in compatibility mode\
Choose Windows XP (sp3), Click to apply.

Play! =)

Do the same for Addons that have the same error. Enjoy the game! =)

Well I have Windows 8.1, although not bough through steam, my game starts, music plays, but my mouse is frozen, although runs in the background, so I can click the menu. When I am able to start a tutorial, the screen is black with only UI visible. Can anyone help?

Game booted right up on win 10 even running it at 2560x1080 no problem. I have not idea how to do anything but it boots up just fine.

there's a Patch/download of dll files you can download to fix the flickering and such. boot up also, however I only had the flickering/ resolution issue only so I do not know if boot up file is the same one or not.
