I've found the odd stat by they are either for villages only or for Warband so I'm not sure if they carry across.
It says what they do from a lore context but not a game one. some I can test out for myself easily like messenger and merchant guild but the others I have no clue.
I mean I understand most of them but there are a lot of questions which are hard to work out:
People:
Weapon/armor/horse master: you can order high end gear.
Messenger: allows you to hire people anywhere
Watchman: "finds criminals and brings them to justice". What does that mean? I guess it has something to do with the random pop-ups I get saying they've cought someone. If so the 'real' description would be "chance to give you x money every x days". does it have any other effects
Tax collector: does this just increase the revenue by a %? does it have an impact on prosperity? whats the %?
Merchant: same as tax collector? or does it more impact prosperity?
High Priest: "the lord will enjoy certain benefits". I hired one, and I have no idea what these are?
Commanders (Commander, cavalry, guard, infantry, heavy cavalry): "training troops" Does this passively train troops 'garrisoned' in the castle? and if so do they also recruit them? and if so, which troops, how many how often. is there a max? does is cost me over time?
Mercenary captain: Same as commanders?
Also some positions cost money every week
Buildings:
Armory: "arm militia to fend off attacks". what does this mean? does this mean there will be 'armed peasants' added to the 'garrison' when the castle is attacked?
Water supply: Longer siege time. I assume this is useless as the normal siege time is 99 days?
Academy: train your followers
Merchant guild: allows you to borrow/deposit money
Forticifations: Easier to defend castle battles
Hidden treasury: tax gets sent to you
Barracks: "troops dont wander around the streets". what does this do? is it a prerequisite for the commanders above?
Stable: like barracks but for cav?
That would be great yes please! or even just upload some photos if thats easier
Weapon master: increase units in the garrison (and makes avaible costume weaps)
Armor master: increase units in the garrison (and makes avaible costume armor)
Horse master: increase mounted units in the garrison (and makes avaible a costume horse)
Messanger: Allows to issue constructions while you're out of town
Prosecutor: Increases the taxes and improves the population attitude toward you
Paymaster: Increases a lot the taxes but reduces the city's welfare (so your town will grow in more time)
Trade Guild Master: Increases the taxes and don't reduces the city's welfare
Priest: Improves the population attitude toward you
Garrison Commander: recruits every week a small number (25-40) of new veteran units
Buildings:
Arsenal: recruits every week a small number (25-40) of new low level units
Water supply: Increases the city's welfare and Increase the attitude of the city toward you
Academy: Increases the city's welfare and can incrase, under payment, a skill of one your companion in 2 weeks
Merchant Guild: Increase the the taxes but decrases the welfare
Fortifications: increase the enemy losses
Treasury: collects a part of the village's taxes
Barraks: recruits every week a small number (25-40) of new veteran units
Stable: recruits every week a small number (25-40) of new mounted units
I added the (25-40) number for experience, but for search the precise percentage you need to travel in the files. Also you can see the cities productions and stats with the cheat mod
No problem. I didn't tought that this thread would have been still relevant after 4 years
