Can i teleport lord to me or get specific info about place where is lord?

i know about ctrl+t with cheats but i didn't find one lord yet. I have poland's quest with helping Mehmed-gerej. Chanat have one castle and one village, i were waiting 1 mounth (in game) for his return, but he just disappear. Is there a cheat on trick to teleport him to me or get him back?
