Come on guys, female character please, i have friends who really want play as a female character.

hope it gets added, game looks cool but not having gender customization in such a populated genre is a dealbreaker for me, and i imagine it is for a lot of people

Tomb Raider is a story about Lara Croft, an established persona who makes all her own choices. Quest Hunter is about a custom hero you make to represent you in the game and the choices you make. See the difference?

Calling it outrage and hate is quite an over-exaggeration. People are expressing a desire to play the game and want to do so in a certain way. Most games that feature custom characters offer more than one gender, so many expect it. The devs can just say no. They'll lose those customers, but that's up to them.

Yeah... some people have a really bad attitude about gender equality... it is just a simple thing ,representing people in game, these i assume male straight guys coming in here like a raging bull defending the creator choice to not include woman's in this game is a thing that i cannot comprehend, why is that so important to you ? having only male figures in your game is so important ?

Why not just roleplay? Just pick a male character and make that male character identify as a female character. Problem solved

Some people want to feel connected to their characters, even in a game like this. I'm also sorely disappointed that I can't create a female character. As mentioned above, it's different when you're a specific person; I'll take whatever comes my way then. But, when customization is listed as something the game offers, then having a wider range of appearances would be good. I only played a short while, then stopped because I didn't feel a connection to my character.

I hope they don't. I'm tried of overly sexualized females in games. There's so many titles that are female only characters, go play one of those games.

Bought that to play with my daughter. Couldn't believe, there's no gender choice in a 2020 game. Huge disappointment...
