Can't find two secrets in the Well

I have destroyed everything in the well where you need to find a priest's teeth and pretty sure I walked every inch looking for a dig spot, even found a hidden room and I'm still missing two secrets. Anyone have a screen shot or video of all the secrets there?

The gift that keeps on giving. I got this far and don’t recall seeing wall torch switched in earlier dungeons.
