uninstalled but it kept coming back

after seeing people concerns i started to feel uneasy so i uninstalled it last night. then when i opened my pc today it asked me to install the game. I see that other people are having the same issue and the developer themselves has explained what can be done to stop the issue, which is reinstalling it and then uninstall it back because they said you can do that on their latest update. i did that and restarted my pc, but the request to install the game came back again. So i did a second attempt, install and uninstall and restarted my pc, but it kept coming back. Now, i don't know whether if they really did updated or fix the bug, or if it's a malware. I like the game and concept because it reminded me a lot of an old game i used to play. But I should've been more careful myself and waited for the official update or see more people talking about it, so me being careless was my mistake.

So now all i can do is just be a sitting duck and hoping that this is not a malware and not causes problem to my pc.

update: the issue of it asking me to install the game has gone. so to anyone who read this discussion, the devs fixed the problem. As they have said in their recent announcements, they are a small team working on their first game, so issues and bugs may appear here and there and it will take time for them to handle it. If you are still worried, you can just wait for the official game to be released. I may not play the demo but I'm definitely looking forward for the official release since this is the kind of pet desktop that i've wanted and the style reminds me a lot of a old game i used to play. Aside from that, it's also fun especially when you enjoy character creation. huge respect to the devs trying their best to respond to many people.
