What defines a "Critical Hit" ?

So when you critical hit a fruit you get 10 points pretty nice- but what defines that? I couldn´t find out myself..

I think it'd be good if a critical hit was when you slice directly through the centre of the fruit (as opposed to the edge). That way, we'd have something to aim for, rather than just swinging in the general direction of the fruit.

Hi All, we updated the criticals a little while ago and they're now based on slicing through the centre. Hopefully that'll make chasing high scores that little bit easier :)
