Big problem in the game. Fruits don't come up.

Hi. I purchased this game in PSVR, but I don't know how to contact the developers for that.

The problem is the only playable mode is Survival. The other three modes are completely broken. Fruits never show up, or do it at a veeeeery slow pace. You can see a gameplay I recorded last night here.

Please, fix it since I saw some messages in other forums from users who had the same issue. Is not general, that's obvious, but it breaks the game completely in some systems. :(

My PS4 is a 1TB ps4, not pro. I purchased the game in the US store.

Hi Thank you so much for contacting us. We became aware of this issue only a day ago. Yes we will certainly fix this issue. However please be aware that fixing this, and getting it approved by Sony for release may take a couple of weeks for the entire process.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This bug never showed up in our internal testing or with Sony's testing but we will work hard to resolve it.

Yes, don't worry. When I saw only a few people had the issue it was obvious it's not a general problem. My only concern is it was too small for you to take care of it. It's great to hear you're fixing it, since I am anxious to test the arcade and classic modes! :)

Anyways, it's just such a pity you can't keep cutting the fruits once you make the first cut.... :D
