how to make a sprite

Can anyone teach me to make a costum sprite? I would like to see my char with double swords or at least one. But i have no idea how to do it. Or if someone could just pass me a file with something similar i would really appreciate!!!

Also the canvas size is 64 in height so if you don't wan't to make your sprite look like a giant, resize it a bit

why can't you add it to the game? Did you follow the rules? can you post your PNG at imgur?

like im in the pc folder. i add it there, and it doesnt appear to load ingame. am i doing it wrong?

Hmm which sprite are trying to modify? ist it in PNG and 80x64 or have the correct spelling, Borgnina's name is hard to spell and I mess up a lot of times

So did you fix it yet??? try downloading at http://steamcommunity.com/app/486720/images/ for custom sprites just to test if it is working

maybe im not getting something. how do i activate the custom sprite ingame?

Just play the game changes are made immediately, if it doesn't show up while in gameplay there must be something wrong with the size of the image or something. The file location should be in C:\Users\admin\Documents\BastardBonds\PCCustom

yeah i got! thanks a lot mate. my char just looks like a giant now :P just have to resize i think

Yup, the maximum height is 64 so you need to resize it to 35-42, so I usually
1) Crop the picture
2) Resize it
3) Redo the canvas size
4) Center my character
5) Save it
