Can you change your stronghold location?

One of the guys I added to my party (forgot his name, its started with a B) said I could change my stronghold location but I do not know how to do that. The place I have right now is way to small

You can inhabit pretty much every location you want as long as it's a place you can secure. You just need enough manpower to support it. When you're on the map just check the info bar on the right to see how much manpower you currently have and how much you need to create a stronghold (as long as you've secured that place beforehand). How much manpower every single character provides is determined by their alignment:

Lawful characters contribute manpower equal to the value of their highest utility stat x2, neutral characters contribute manpower equal to the square of their utility stats and chaotic characters contribute manpower equal to the value of their second highest stat in general, so keep an eye on how you skill your characters.

After you've chosen an appropriate location and you meet all the requirements you'll see a big flashing button on the info bar on the right saying "Claim Stronghold"
