How to rotate the Map?
does this game have this setting because its hard to wipe the land that i make and few small thing when its behind large object such building.

There is no way to rotate the map or buildings in this game. It's been a requested feature for a while but they said they didn't build this version of the game with that in mind so it likely won't be implemented.

No it won't, sorry.
It would need a complete new game engine (and 3D graphics).
