needs a splash screen - takes over 30 seconds to start on my amd 3950 needs a progress bar to show when it's working the buttons are arranged right-to-left in workflow order. if the app is to be used by people, it needs to have good looking buttons and have them in order from left to right. instead of a message-box at the end - app needs to open the output folder in explorer all of these comments, in my mind at least, make this app feel as if it was written using a tool and not written by a real live prog...
