that is not what the game say to me it say all server down. Tried the DNS thingy but still can't loggin

If the dns method doesn't work then unfortunately there's nothing else that can really be done :( it's a persistent bug that hasn't been properly fixed yet.

Hellom i suffer from the same issue after installing again the game after few years... I paid for extra-animals and extra-content, but i am excluded from playing the game right now.

it's always been a constant issue for me. i'll start putting the game to ALWAYS run in the background cause idk what else to do
