Am i missing something?

Seriously this game came out in 2016 and I've never seen it on sale for anything less than $30. Is the game just THAT good? This game has some of the worst sales imaginable. It's like how with Call of Duty they're still trying to sell digital copies for full price. It's a bit ridiculous it's still as much as it is. Edit: Even sites selling CD keys for this game are just $28. This is a joke right?...

The game runs in slow motion now for some reason.

As previously mentioned by about 10 others with no one giving any valid answer, Save games don't Sync/Load, Or even exist when you start a new game. If anyone has something decent of a reaction please tell i'll be so kind to update the old posts with a reply once it works, But this BS has to stop or the game is worth ♥♥♥♥ instead of current pricing help each other out with finding the solution....
