RPG-7 HEAT vs. T-55 armor? Barely dealing damage/tank not burning/exploding?

I've hit the T-55 now like 8 times and still barely damaging it... I thought T-55 has weak armor and RPG-7 has strong warhead?

It must have ERA then. There are ERA equipped t55 tanks. The ones which have no ERA should go down in 2 -3 hits .
