is there still a way to get that? the message that pops up seems to hint that there is a way to do it.

You can't. They removed the option to use real money to get the infinite boosts thus also removing the ability to gain Sarah Palin or Bill Clinton. That's the information I remember reading on some reddit article.

I do have found that if you click real fast and than alt tab to another window, the game will think you are still clicking thus still getting money. If you click in the game itself, the "infinite clicking" stops.

If you click on the yellow arrow pointing up and then listen to everything he has to say (or just click through it) you will receive the infinite boosts upgrade at the end.
