Time error. Clock was set in the future.

So I launched the game, played a bit and then after some timezone change I did I'm getting this error.
Uninstalled and installed again, error persists. Uninstalled and deleted the whole game file manualy and installed again. Game starts fresh like I never played, lost all my bonuses ofc but time error is still there which means Voters per second do not work at all except I click all the time. By deleting the game I also lost the infinite boost I've bought.
Why is this timezone thing happening and how can it be fixed?
