How do you create a Team\Group

So I tried to create a team right? I create a team tag. Works. I create a team name(SoapDemin Fire) no problem. But when I try to create team colors ♥♥♥♥ hits the fans. Nothing i tried worked no combination of colors or indivisioual colors worked and apperantly you need all three to create a team. So yeah anyone who has an idea on what im doing wrong please let me know. Im SoapDemin

The "Team Tag" needs to be the same as the "Team tag with colors" .
For example:
Team Tag: DHT
Team Tag with colors: ^3D^2HT or just DHT , check this print http://prntscr.com/et6f9s
