Ball3D Loading Problem

Hi everyone, I've played ball3d for like more than 1 year, but from the moment that it's on Steam it just gets stuck on LOADING... screen. Can you help me?
My specs are:
CPU: Pentium 4 561 HT 3.6 Ghz
GPU: Nvidia G 210 1GB
RAM; 4GB DDR2
OS: Windows XP 32bit SP3
