I didn't play all of them, I mainly only play the bigger budget ones so I never touched mortal shell or the surge
Wo Long in the dlcs gave me the most trouble out of any of them. Never finished Nioh 1 but Nioh 2 was pretty easy even in the dlcs.
Gotta try Wo Long later i guess, thanks for your reply.
idk they don't seem like something I would like and there are more interesting ones coming out this year
btw Wo Long's base game is very easy, only the DLCs have some pretty hard bosses. In case that matters for whether or not you want to play it.
anyway what is the "more interesting ones" game you mentioned above?
I see, so i would need to play the DLC too for the hard bosses, noted.
is jedi fallen order a souls like though?
Wuchang fallen feathers and The first Berserker Khazan
There's also Vindictus Defying Fate which I'm not sure if it's a soulslike yet but it looks cool
Not heard of any of them, thanks, they look promising.
That in mind, Steelrising, Lords of the Fallen, Mortal Shell, The Surge 2, and Hellpoint are "we have Souls at home" . They imitate vaguely, but don't nail the formula or iterate it on it BETTER. They certainly try to bring new flair to the genre, but that only works when you do the core parts right (like Sekiro/Bloodborne).
Lies of P is pretty great, only played a couple hours though. Surge 1 was also mechanically pretty satisfying, whereas in the sequel they made everything kinda floaty and less exact IMO.
So in general my answer is... YES.
