Is the dlc worth playing?
i beat the game few weeks ago, it was fun and after dying over 60 times on the second level something clicked and the game became somewhat easy. Now that im on the first level of the first dlc ive read that ive to go back to ng+ to farm better armor cus end game armor is not enough and honestly, i dont want to do that and repeat everything, game is fun but id rather play something else or even get into nioh2 but if the dlc is a must ig i could try again. Thanks !!

Yes, the dlcs are worth playing. They're really good.
The human bosses are really challenging.

Enemies hit harder in the dlcs, but you don't need to farm a better armor in the NG+, at least I didn't. I'm sure that after a few deaths, something will click there too. 🙂👍

(IMO) yes, you'll have to grind for better gear. Getting a full set helps a lot. And yes, NG+ is easier and you'll need to basically play through the main quest again to keep up with the regular dlc. I had no problem with it beacuse I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love this game. But i can understand how all this grind-fest can rub some people the wrong way since it, basically, gets in the way of playing the dlc.
The dlc itself is ok. Is fun if you want more Nioh 1, and getting divine loot is pretty cool, but that's it. Some cool new areas but there's barely any story. Some bosses are cool, some others are a pain to deal with for no reason.

You don´t have to play the whole game again, getting some decent divine gear and some levels in the first 1-2 regions should be enough. The DLCs are very good imo. Nioh 2 is a banger too ofc.
