Hello. Does anyone here know the Location of the Smithing Text for the "Strategist's Armor Set"? Does it even exist?

PS: Its NOT the "Legendary Strategist Set" or "Genius Strategist Set" or "Justice Ministry(Righteous Strategist) Set"

That's the Justice Ministry(Righteous Strategist) Set. That's not the one either, my mistake for not putting that in.

AFAIK no, there's no smithing text for the Strategist's Armor (L), same as for some others, like Chunin apparel for example.
