Is it possible to max out the skill trees?

So from what I've read, there is a theoretical maximum to the number of Samurai, Ninja, and Onmyo skill points you can get. You can only level your stats so much, and as far as I know there are no respawning/farmable sources for locks of hair.

Are there enough skill points in the game to unlock every skill?

Samurai skills - 100% yes (not sure about dump skills like '+2 to melee dmg'). Expect it near lvl 400.
Ninja - pretty sure that yes (probably requires maximum (200) or so agility stat).
Onmyo - not sure (didn't tried to rise magic stat too much).

I think for Onmyo and Ninjutsu, I think it's up to the point where you might have to choose 1 mystic art, and then forego of something like the bare-handed buff spell. That's if you want all the uses for the spells, that is.
