Yata mirror question

Is there a mission in way of the demon that has a chance of the yata mirror dropping or do I really have to go for way of the wise. thanks

Just before you started the topic I found one on The Siege of Osaka (Winter). On a body in the area of the third cannon.

Today I played the same mission, but being twilight and in the same body I found a Yasakani Magatama.

I don't know if it was luck, but it seems that this body is one of those that always drop an accessory.

Both missions were played on the Way of the Demon. Detail: I unlocked the Way of the Wise, but I did not play any mission in this difficulty and I do not know if this can influence it in any way.

I got one more today on the Scion of Virtue mission, I just don't remember where exactly, I only realized when I got to the sanctuary and checked the inventory.

Im playing on way of the wise and cant manage to find any yata mirror, imma try your method this time. Can you tell me how much luck do you have in your build ?

My build is not focused on "Drop Rates", but here are her current numbers, in relation to any "Drop Rate + Luck":

Luck +115

Equipment Drop Rate +33.8%
Item Drop Rate +40%

Human Equipment Drop Rate +22.8%
Human Item Drop Rate +7.5%

Yokai Item Drop Rate +21.5%

I tried that Reddit post to find a Yata Mirror, but it took me like 20-30 tries to get it from that spot. It's a spot that's guaranteed to drop an accessory and probably one of the earliest farming spots on WotW. Could use Itokuri spirit as well for a better chance. If you have Trail of the Master unlocked in the 4th region it might be a bit faster.

Later I managed to get another one from the Abyss around floor 16-20 as a monster drop.

tried everything possible expect playing way of nioh and still no luck with the yata mirror, will try this hopefully it drops

Two days ago I found my third on the Way of the Demon on The Last Samurai quest.

I started playing in the Way of the Wise, let's see when I get the first one in this difficulty.

One point to note is that the 3 I found were on DLC missions.

Was it a boss drop or just regular enemies ?

I'm pretty sure they didn't come from bosses. The first is for sure that it was from a body that we examine, while the other two I can't confirm if it was the same way or from drops from normal enemies, but not from bosses.

Today I found a fourth mirror, the first on the Way of the Wise. In the "Isle of Demons" quest. It seems to me that it was exactly at the Reddit tip I posted above.

A detail that is not in the tip is that I played the same mission in the normal version and I didn't find the mirror, but playing in the twilight version, then the mirror came.

I can run some tests to see if it's really guaranteed or was it pure luck.

Edit: It was just luck. I tested some 3x and in none of them came the mirror.

Im playing right now on WotW the last samurai and still no luck, I only play for like 30min then leave since I keep on dying a lot.. will do my best to farm it Friday, it the only achievement Im missing.
