If I compressed the game files and a new update comes, would I have to redownload the entire game again to apply the update? Compressing 70gb into 15gb sure sounds really good but I don't wanna have to redownload 70gb again when the devs decides to release a patch or update.

well atleast your honest...
I like that you grouping all the mods but...

still think you should take the cheat engine out! just like it says in the name its a "cheat" not a "mod", so makes no sense that its in the a moding guide.

cheat engine should by no means be encouraged :(

Honstly, I am not sure how Steam handles updates on compressed files, I'll be learning right along with you when the next big one comes down the tube. The 0 byte one at least didn't make me re-download anything.

Does that mean you'd cheat is CS:GO? Or what about fighting games?

It modifies gameplay. You'd call a download that changed your character's textures a mod, what is so different when CE does it? That is one of the things included in the tables btw.

If it is about it being a "3rd party program" - hell everything in that list is a 3rd party program.

Never play those kind of games, but I DO alter the rules for any game I feel like should be altered. That is the power of the PC, if you don't like something - change it

Then what's the point of playing the game if you don't like how it was designed?

But either way, should remove the cheats from your guide. Against Steam's guidelines.

Thanks for the answer. This might be a stupid question but, are you using Windows 10 or Windows 7?

So what, if you dislike one aspect of a game you just quit?

What is the point of a sandbox game if there is no defined objectives?
You make your own, is that really so hard to understand?

If Steam has a problem with it, they can tell me themselves

Modding; adds to the game wrther that be adding;
script
better textures
levels
and all that good stuff

yeah and I don't its the people that do that bother me, "YOU" might be one of the good ones but the next guy will abuse the powers they have been given!

I didn't create CE or these tables. I hear that people were already cheating in PvP before I did anything. The warnings are in place, and KT will ban who they see fit when they see fit.
