Reset Samurai skill points?
Can I reset them so that I can choose different perks?

if you do that you lose all the points you gain by using the hair locks though

no u dont, you only lose the skillpoints from your stats, which you can get back again

That's not how it's supposed to work, I'm pretty sure. Although this isn't the first time I've seen it reported. More people got the same results?

Dident happen to me, got all mine back when I respeccted twice. (I realy love the weapon and weapon skill variety a lot..)

Dident happen to me, got all mine back when I respeccted twice. (I realy love the weapon and weapon skill variety a lot..)

Same here, I got mines back, minus the points that were granted through leveling up dexterity/magic.
