Elixirs missing

For some reason, I can not equipe elixir.
I already got 5 elixirs (after I noticed somehow it vanished from my inventory), rested at shrine but I can not find elixirs on my inventory neither on quick items menu for use, lol.

I rest at shrine and it dont refill any elixir, neither the elixirs I am getting show up in my inventory.

Dont know what happened or what to do.

I sold 1 item at shrine, got 1 elixir and now my elixirs are showing up in both inventory and quick items menu
